A transformative experience for mothers to awaken their senses, ground themselves in the present moment, and reconnect with their inner joy.

This is a multi-sensory experience designed to bring mothers back into their bodies, awaken pleasure through the senses, and create a deep state of presence and relaxation. Using a blend of mindfulness, movement, sound, taste, scent, and touch, participants will move through a journey of reawakening, releasing, and receiving. 

The idea is that they leave feeling nourished and connected. A journey through the senses. A seamless flow from one sense to the other as the workshop has no stops it just flows from one sense to the other through movement.
