Delivery times
The preparation time for your order is 2-3 days. Once it leaves the workshop, it will be delivered via Correos Express within 24 hours. The maximum delivery time is 7 business days. If you need your order for a specific date, feel free to contact us.
For international shipments via UPS, the delivery time may be 4 to 10 business days.
If you purchase an item that is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time will be between 10 and 15 business days. You will always receive an email at the address provided during purchase, notifying you that your order is ready and has been shipped.
Delivery times may be affected during Sales periods, Black Friday promotions, or in August.

2. I HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE OR DISCOUNT
If you have a promotional code from The Mom Self-Love Club, you can use it before completing your order. Once applied, if it is valid, you will see the discount reflected in your purchase summary. Promotional codes are NOT cumulative.
In case of returns or exchanges, the value of the coupon will NOT be refunded or exchanged for cash. Purchases made with promotions or discounts will be refunded with a store credit; money will NOT be refunded.
During sales periods, regular discount codes will NOT be available.
3. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PURCHASE WAS SUCCESSFUL?
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us at molinavila@themomselfloveclub.com, providing the name of the person who placed the order.
4. CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PURCHASING?
We want your shopping experience to be perfect. Therefore, we’re happy to offer you as much flexibility as possible. You can make changes to your order within the first 24 hours. Just contact us within this time frame at molinavila@themomselfloveclub.com, and we’ll handle it as quickly as possible.

Throughout the preparation and shipping process, you will receive multiple notifications to keep you updated on your order’s status. 6. PROMOTIONS
For promotions that include a free item, if the item is out of stock or unavailable, it will be replaced with one of equal or greater value, as decided by The Mom Self-Love Club. All promotions are tied to a purchase.
